NABC opposes offering young players

The National Association of Basketball Coaches issued a statement opposing the commitment of 9th and 10th graders. To go along with that, they issued a statement opposing the offering of scholarships to 9th and 10th graders. In the same article, Billy Gillispie agrees to stop offering and accepting the commitment of 9th and 10th (and 8th) graders.
